  • Hi all and a Happy New Year _party_.

Didn't do very well with this challenge in December but would like to give it another go. Have already earned 2 NSD's for January :T. Will aim for 10 this month. Good luck

    2/10 NSD's for January.
  • It's feels like it's taken a while...but today has been NSD #2 we've had a few house things to buy and a weekly shop to do. Hopefully the next couple will be easier to snatch!

Despite being back in work today, I've managed to make it 5/20 and 5 in a row....I suspect a large part of those in a row were due to being ill though! Still, can't complain! Even if it did mean I had to have the most disgusting packet soup ever (that has lived in my work drawer for ages) for lunch lol That'll teach me for leaving my lunch on the kitchen counter...though I did remember to make sure the other half had his lol

Well done to getting 5-in-a-row! :D

I can ask Igor to make up a proper soup for you every day?He loves helping out,so please, have a think about it.

Hope you feel better soon marmite if not Igor is fervently looking for his family handed down cold remedy as I type....

Thanks for all your get well wishes.i spoke too soon.My throat's ok,but my poor nose is just about as red and sore as it is possible for it to be,and then some! :(
I noted with interest today that eating and breathing at the same time is bit tricky.
I'd happily have a cold remedy from Igor, just as long as there's nothing ferrety about it. :)

kathy40uk Igor's getting his ankles kicked by a few of us,mainly because he booked us for an Arctic cruise and not a tropical one.

Nargle Seeing Igor in skis would be interesting, considering that he has a peculiar sideyways crab-like shuffle at the best of times when walking.Maybe he should trying snow-boarding?

Now please,we're all doing really well so far, except for those of us who are doing not so well, and to those people I say :there is always tomorrow,so take heart. :money:

Agent Mankini-great to see you made it all the way from Costa Del Aberdeen, that sounds nice.Get lots of sun,do you?....aawwww,we could have stayed with you.Maybe next month?!You wouldn't mind, would you?:rotfl::rotfl:

kerri what on earth is caulirice? It sounds just like one of The Swedish Chef's recipes.
Take da caulibloomah, trow it in da air, shoot it into da heavens wid da boom-boom.Serve wida lemon wedge. :D

    Update to follow.

PS seventeen pages and it's only day 6!!!

Sorry, I meant 'move my muscles' :D and pleased to report I wasn't as sore as expected.

Ooooops that will teach me to speed read :rotfl::o
On a health kick atm so dinner tonight was lemon sole, kale and mini roast pots. Also in the process of making pasta sauce with hidden veg for tomorrow's dinner and a crumble in the oven (well it's fruit, it's NEARLY healthy :p) so if anyone would prefer cabin 007 for dinner rather than Igor and the Swedish Chef's offering, be round at 7pm :D

    Count me in :D

    :hello: Hi there all

Well made it to number 3 today:j

I'm a bit annoyed though as there I was thinking the petrol was okay as the 'solid' petrol light hadn't come on but when I went to come into work the 'flashing' petrol light was flashing which means get to garage immediately:eek:. Didn't have time on the way in so got here and will just hope it makes it to Mr M's in the morning; there is a Mr M very close to work but there are lots of delays on the roundabout due to roadworks...............never tried driving with my fingers crossed before but am hoping will get there.

    Back tomorrow xxx

Darn it!!! 76 NSD-ers????? That means a reworking of the Pringles ration calculations........I am sorry, but one Pringle each per day is not enough to keep body and soul together. Cunning plan required.......

    Plan A - starve.
    Plan B - eat Igor's concoctions.
    Plan C - eat Igor.

Any other suggestions for feeding us until the kitchen crew recover from food poisoning gratefully received. In the meantime it is time to go ashore, get our ski kit on and do some skiing up and down the fjords.
