I no longer will be a push over for retailers or companies that try to fob off their customers, I am learning what my consumer rights are.
Good gal! It's time customers re-asserted their position of the 'customer is King' (or Queen in your case!).
The sooner retailers realised that customers bring them business, PPCs cost them business, the better.
