Don't waste your time on the Angry Birds film survey. Just wasted 20 mins completing it, only to be screened out at the very end. Seething.Minimalist

I requested the postcard option (since the mobile doesn't work) These are the emails I've had in response:
Hello,
We are writing to inform you that we are unable to deliver your requested postcard. This account verification option is being phased out and will be replaced by our ID verification option. At this time, we have reset your verification options. You may now choose to complete your verification options by mobile number or by ID. If you wish to choose the ID verification method, please write back to us with a copy of a government issued ID(ex. Identification Card, Drivers License, Military ID, or Passport). The copy of your photo will be stored on our secure system and will be accessible only to our Compliance Department. We will promptly delete the photo after we review it.
Regards,
Compliance Team
So I opened a case in the help centre and this is what I got
Thank you for writing in. At this time we are requesting that you verify your account by government issued ID. We apologize for this requirement. Please provide an attachment of a picture of an ID showing name , picture and address. You can cover or block out any sensitive information on your ID, as long as we can see your picture, name and address. The photo copy will be stored on our secure system and be accessible only to our Compliance Department. We will promptly delete the photo after we review it
Last nights email:
You may use the Mobile verification option. If you select mobile, you will receive a PIN number within seconds directly to your mobile phone. To complete the verification process, just enter the PIN number into your account in the field provided in the Rewards Store.
We have reset your verification options. You may choose again mobile next time you try to redeem a prize. If you have any further issues, please write back and let us know.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

But funnily enough when I log in today and try I just get the mobile failed message again. Anyone else redeeming for the first time having this - or even being able to get through the verification with no issues, please let me know!

Did you give them the mobile number in international format, starting 0044 7...? If you just gave it in 07... format, Americans may very well not think to convert it to the UK international code.0

Tried it a few different ways. Have emailed back to see how they'd like it entered. Fingers crossed that might work.....but not holding out hope.0 -
no one else asks for that sort of information
Actually cdkeys.com asked me for a copy of my passport when I bought my second steam wallet code (£50). I think they might have thought I was stealing other people's credit cards or something.
I've seen other sites that sell games/keys do it too. I chose to send to them but blacked out most personal information on it. Don't know if it's an American website thing or not.0 -
I should have thought of checking here first. I just opened a help request about it:I earned enough Swagbucks to order my first reward yesterday. I found that there was a first time verification, which I thought was only fair. You didn't seem to be able to accept my (UK) phone number, so I put in my address for a postcard verification.
I got this email overnight:

This message set off all kind of alarm bells. It didn't address me by name. It didn't have the Swagbucks logo or livery anywhere. It asked for personal and secure information over email. And when I logged in, the postcard request was NOT reset, as the email had stated.
Has this actually been sent from Swagbucks? And if so, could you please come up with some way for UK residents to verify their accounts that is actually safer and more responsible than emailing copies of our passport?
I really thought it was a phishing scam. It looked so dodgy.
And why ask for a passport if they want an address? Passports don't have that!Hi, I'm Mich

Perhaps USA passports do contain an address. You have to remember where they are based. I would ask SB UK FB page for help, although don't hold out much hope for a response! lolMinimalist

I don't have one anymore, but I don't remember mine having an address. It has a place of issue on it, but that's irrelevant to where you currently live.0
