Still getting only 4 of the 6 apps to work - its sportly and lifestylz that hang after one video. It works for one video where I get a green then a blue loading circle, then on the 2nd it jumps from a green to white circle and hangs - very annoying.

I used to get tons but have not seen a bonus round in days now so max sb mobile is 40 for me at the moment which is making the daily target a chore right now.

I was having that problem but I found a solution although it might not work for you. I'm using an ancient iPhone and what I do after the first video has run, instead of pressing repeat or next video I press the back arrow to the homepage and start again. Of course you have to babysit it that way but at least you get the videos to run.

I touch the right side button on my Android when it tries to open ads and that makes them work too.

So I opened a case in the help centre and this is what I got

The photo copy will be stored on our secure system and be accessible only to our Compliance Department. We will promptly delete the photo after we review it

I had an almost identical email supposedly from paypal and my account is blocked. I have not sent them my passport details and currently I cannot use paypal.

I've had a very slightly more sensible response:

We no longer offer the postcard verification option, we can reset your options and you may again select to verify either by mobile or provide us with an attachment of a picture of an ID showing name and birthdate. You can cover or block out any sensitive information on your ID, as long as we can see your picture, name and date of birth. The photo copy will be stored on our secure system and be accessible only to our Compliance Department. We will promptly delete the photo after we review it.
