    I don't have any photo id either, and now they are just ignoring me when I ask what else they suggest for verifying. Looks like I wasted my time building up my points.:(

    Can I just ask, how is it possible to manage without photo ID? I use mine several times a year.

    Don't forget they are American so the Data Protection Act will not apply to them.....

    I don't drive, and my passport expired years ago, and can't afford to travel right now. Don't need, don't have.

    Yeah, even if I did have photo id, I wouldn't send it along with all my other details to them. No need for it in my opinion, and sounds to me like they just don't want to pay out right now
