I have just had a ticket from UKPC at Gallagher retail park. I forgot to put a ticket on my car. I was only in M&S for 30 minutes. Having read all the other posts I would ignore this demand but my problem is I have a lease car. Can anyone advise me about this please?

    Start your own thread.

    Read the newbies thread.

Inform lease company, should they receive any correspondence from UKPC, then they are either to inform UKPC that you were the driver and you will not be paying a £35 charge for the privilege of them doing this or to forward the correspondence to you.

Or you can nip it in the bud, appeal as driver to to UKPC and get them to start writing to you and then you can simply ignore.

Please don't start another thread about UKPC in Gallagher Retail Park, you just need to ensure the lease company does not get involved. Ask them to name you as the driver.

You can then start ignoring and can even play threatogramme bingo with the junkmail they will send you, follow the link in post 8 of this thread.

If you still need further assurance then start a new thread, do not post further on this one.
