I am hoping that the advert will bring in more customers over the coming months. I am looking forward to the 1,000 job coming through the door. That will be an achievement.
:T That's great :T. Are you planning on making a thing of it and giving them a box of chocs or similar (in which case I may loiter outside trying to get number 1,000 :rotfl:).
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Mooloo you are definitely not being selfish. I have a friend who ended up adopting her 2 step grandchildren because the mother was an addict and the children had an awful life with her. She and her husband said they would not adopt if the mother had any more. They are in their teens now but damaged by the drugs.

Maybe I will surprise someone with a gift voucher to spend in the shop or on lessons!

I wonder if the local paper would be interested in running the thousandth story - Be a nice bit of free advertising.

    That's a good idea.
I will consider getting Mum to do me a bigger gift card then usual, and try and analyse when I think it will be. We are on 859 I think. Or something like that. So I presume it will be somewhere around the end of the month, or the first week in May. Unless the advert going out tomorrow to all the houses will have a huge impact.
The jobs are coming in and going out at a steady pace. Some long term lurking jobs have now been addressed, and stragglers have been gathered together and are addressed in the spreadsheet of work tomorrow. A lot of 24 hour turn around jobs have been done, and I have several complete makes to do too.
The itching is spreading! Although not everywhere is virilant red now, my skin is all prickly. I think I need to go back to the doctors as I have used up nearly all the cream now aswell.
I have been sat in a bath with a porridge oats sock!
    It has helped a bit.
Time to get on now and tackle a few chores.
Mum is doing well, and has decided to learn quilting as a new hobby to add to her repertoire. Spoke on Skype this morning. My brother and partner have gone to Marlow for the weekend to see their children.

I am wondering if the itching is due to stress? I've had a stress itch many times. Mine has come and gone since I was about 9... I'm now 38.

I'm guessing that your GP has issued you with some antihistamine, maybe a low dose antidepressant my help to ease it.

I don't feel stressed. I've never had it before, and it started when the cats moved in.
It was lessening, and I had slept the last two nights away from home. But with an hour of getting back home my body is completely crawling with it.
I presume there will have to be more then just a Hoover run over the place.
But I will call the doctors in the morning, as I have run out of the Clobaderm cream he gave me.

Time for Vera and feet up!

As someone who is allergic to animals, it sounds like the cats to me. Sounds as if a deep clean is in order. I'm the same if I get grass in the house, basically have to fumigate. Its a real pain especially in a clean house, but its those invisible hairs - hope you get it sorted

Definitely get worse when I get home. Even though we have been vacuuming and changed sofa covers.
I will have to hope that it will calm down soon!
Busy at work, not much money in the till though. Only about £36!
But about 8 new jobs in.
My advert has finally hit the front doors. Let's hope it doesn't go straight in the bin.
I am shattered. Going to bed early tonight.
DGD is at Brownies at the moment.
I've had my daily chat with Mum. She's doing well. My brother is back again and they are sorting through Dad's office. Nick named Mission Control.
Glad I am at work and not doing it.
