Tonight when I went back to see my Dad the various machines and drugs look like they are if not improving his life, they are stabilising. He gas not had to be resussetated again. When my brother heroically arrived late this evening I went with him and his partner and showed them the way to the hispital, I was not looking foreword to seeing Dad again, but actually he had a better colour, and looked more peacefull.
The staff are amazing. They are throwing everything they can think of at saving him. They have not given us false hope, but they said because of his history of never being ill other then flu , they would throw the book at him but if he pulls through it will be a miracle.
Just to let you know, I am now exhausted. I hardly slept since Monday night . But things are changing.'

Mooloo, I hope you have managed to get some sleep.

Your Dad sounds as though he is made of stern stuff, so if he has anything to do with it, he will come through this dreadful time. Miracles sometimes happen, so hang in there.

Dad passed away at 10.40 this morning.
I am fine I have my brother and sister and Biggest of Mooloo with me.
Thankyou for all the well wishes.
I will pop back when I am sorted.

Oh Mooloo, I am so sorry, he was obviously very much loved by you all, and he knew that.

I can understand what a shock it is, because it has happened so quickly.
