I've never had any problem with Dell support - if they make you jump thro hoops, well all phone support does, got to be sure it's not a user error!
I had a look initially and there wasn't anything, but I'll keep looking.
Cheers for the suggestion :beer:0 -
Cheers for that Bedsit Bob.
I have also found this one:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lenovo-H535s-Desktop-A8-6500-Windows/dp/B00LM9T8RE/ref=sr_1_7?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1419787011&sr=1-7&keywords=lenovo
It seems to have similar specs to the asda one, but with a better processor. Any thoughts?
EDIT: The 8gb one, not the 6gb.
That does appear to be the best value overall thus far.0 -

Not that the lower processor speed will make much difference, given your earlier statement of intended use, but something you should be aware of.
He isn't. He getting a better processor. 3.7GHz as compared to 3.5GHz according to your parameters. The higher figures relate to Turbo Boost; 4.3GHz as compared to 4.1GHz respectively.0 -

again...no point reasoning with people who think windows desktop pc's are quality....please go ahead and buy one of the 3 pieces of crap you mentioned, it reminds me how 90% of the general public are no more intelligent than pond life....
maybe if you looked at the overall picture......the design, the screen, the OS which would make hardware half as powerful run twice as fast one of those windows pc's you would get it...
then again, you probably have an android phone and sit and sneer at others that have an iphone......again, too thick to be reasoned with.
Look, there's nothing wrong with my pond. I can chat to the tadpoles, and look there's a couple of Dragonflies copulating.0 -
