Argos is listed by them as running Windows RT
Don't take tech advice from Argos! They got it wrong. The only people making Windows RT devices now AFAIK are Microsoft and Nokia.
I agree and did say in the post myself that it's an extra £100 for the 2GB RAM instead of 1GB, but depending on what you want to do with your tablet, you may need it. And of course, you can't upgrade it.0
