I have been dropshipping on ebay for just over a year now and I love it. yes you do have to be careful as there are some companies out there who will promise to help and train you and then just take your money and run. but not all are like that. But ebay now is mostly made up of either dropshippers or importers.
I offer express delivery if customers wish although I find most are happy with my delivery services. Max is 3-5 days. And I have never had a complaint yet. You do have to take into consideration ebay and paypal fees otherwise you will get caught out. I have now got an ebay shop so get so many free listings a month.
I know many people who are making 4 figure sums a month from doing this, some are not so bothered and just want to make a few quid for treats etc.
The company I am with, yes I do pay a monthly fee for training and ongoing support, but its the price of a takeaway pretty much so im happy with that. plus the opportunities to progress into other areas are also very good.
Drop shipping is not for everyone I will say that. and you only get out what you put in, its not a get rich quick scheme. You have to treat it as a business.
I understand why people are so sceptical, I was too!! But I thought what the hell, I can cancel at anytime so why not give it a go. Im so glad I did
What is the name of the company you use for dropshipping?0 -
Has anyone use aulola.co.uk for dropshipping as I am wondering what they are like? Thanks0

I would do some thorough research on prices before using them- the few things I looked at are cheaper to buy inclusive of postage on ebay, than they are on that site. The point of drop shipping is that you buy cheap and resell on places like ebay, not pay more!
They are also a Chinese based site despite their apparent geographic address (a few reviews say that items were sent from China and not Manchester), seem to have just been relaunched and already have some poor reviews. As a B2B buyer you would also not have consumer rights , so some of their policies might be worth re reading.
Personally I wouldn't touch them especially if you are looking to make money and not lose your ebay account.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I've just posted a thread about dropshipping in the Employment, Jobseeking & Training channel: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5593565
I'd be interested in any contributions or ideas that people might have.
Thanks..

Sorry if this is posted wrong area couldn't find where to ask.
I'm trying set up a online business I have found what I want buy to sell on and have been told the products are EU standard. I don't understand the extra charges when importanting like the VAT duty and handling charge. I can't find much online about this so if I'm buying clothes from China what charges will there be and will it be the a lot. And do I need do anything extra when getting my stock
Thank you0 -
I assume that you want to buy unbranded products. If you want to increase the value of your products and let them stand out, you could brand them yourself. Your own branding will add value to the product.0
