We received an extremely high number of orders in the Boxing Day sale this year and currently have all hands on deck to make sure your order is with you soon.

Shall probably stick with the Soap & Glory sale next year, I'm a relative newbie to Lush but it seems like they were massively unprepared for what was always going to be their biggest trading event of the year.

Oh, and still no sign of my order.

Hope so. I knew it would be a bit delayed over Christmas but can't help being a bit disappointed that it's taken so long to even get an acknowledgement that it's coming.
Lets hope my Northern Lights Bomb makes up for it

They oversold a lot of the sale items due to a technical problem but are making up fresh products to honour the sales, Im just glad they didn't turn around and cancel all the oversold stock like some other companies do...

Edited to say just checked online and my order now says completed so I will hopefully receive it soon yay!

Ahh well that makes sense, I did wonder why there was so much left. It'd be cool if they did it this way every year as this is the first time I haven't missed out!

Good News: I had a dispatch email late last night!
Bad News: Tracking doesn't work...

Sooooo checked the tracking for my order this morning (it takes a while for it to kick in so-to-speak pulliptears).
Tracking says it was Delivered at 10.22am (time was 11.30am when I checked) when I was out. However there was no delivery card through my door so not quite sure where it is????

Turns out I was quite organised and had put my parents address for delivery (as we were away for NYE week).
Snow Fairy has been found!
