I just find some of the things make me question how ethical they really are. I used to be a massive Lush fan but they seem to have taken a turn for the worst over the last few years

So cross! Woke up this morning to a paypal refund from Lush for all the items I ordered on boxing day after spending hours trying to get the website to work!


Can't believe Lush themselves have never contacted me to say the order cannot be fulfilled! So glad I also caved in and ordered from Bomb as at least I have some nice smelly bargains.

Hi, I got a partial refund on Monday and my order has not been dispatched. I have rung them tonight. They are refunding for star of wonder gift set (£12 something) and merry christmas (£9.95ish) as they have not got enough to go around.

The hold up is golden wonder bath bombs and shoot for the stars. They are apparently upgrading the postage but will have to wait and see.
