I got my parcel today having ordered on boxing day, I also had a refund for one of my items but to make up for it they gave me a free gift which was cosy christmas box, i'm quite chuffed as it comes in a box but also in a wrap and has Snowcake marzipan soap,Snowman Shower Jelly, Celebrate Body Lotion and Hot Toddy.

finally had email saying my order was to be dispatched with tracking number friday, yet still sat awaiting courier near on a full month waiting, no sorry or anything, very disappointed

I have to admit I was a LUSH addict but my skin has become allergic to their products. I really don't know why? I think I would rather spend my money elsewhere than here. My step daughter loves Lush so she can have my purchases. Hopefully that will make use of them.
