Second time of going to the sales.there are loads of boxes in the Manchester Arndale store yet nothing in the one near St Anns Square,date wise we are just coming to the end of 2013 sales stuff and it's still ok

Yes, mine was delivered on Tuesday via UPS.

I've had both of mine delivered by UPS... However the label did say delivery January 6th.

No I haven't received my boxing day order yet, according to their twitter they are waiting on some of the sale items to get into stock and they are working on the orders as quickly as they can.

Im hoping I get mine soon, Mine says processing too but I think I have been charged and I have an order reference.

My order from 27th is processing, but paypal has come out of my bank for it.

realised I have actually been charged (had forgotten which card i paid with!) and got a confirmation email from them on the 26th, so hopefully it's just delayed and will be here soon!

Not had mine either which I also ordered on the 26th. Website states up to 5 working days which could technically take it to Monday.

Received both orders this morning so am guessing everyone should be getting theirs soon too!

My daughter phoned up about her orders as only one was showing (although they were both placed on Boxing Day and she had been charged twice for one!).


She was told that they were working through around 10,000 orders and both "should" be with her by Weds 7th, although it still says "processing" on her account.
