Same. Paypal gone through, redirected back to site with an order number but nothing from Lush. Fingers crossed.

I gave up - seems worst its ever been for crashing and to be honest after the security issues a few years back where they left their website and everyone's payment details open it does worry me. My card was done and took a lot of hassle to sort and never got an apology from Lush.
That said I'd order some snow fairy if I could but went out to Merry Hill store but not much left.
I will have a look later see if its sorted but seems to be causing people a lot of hassle.

Tbh I wish I could get over my 'bubble bar' addiction anyway, it's a rather expensive habit, lol

When I rang the customer care office, there was a message saying they know of problems and are working hard to get them fixed and that all orders that have been placed are being held until the website is fixed then we should get the confirmation email In a few hours? Hope that helps x

Website finally working, Just placed a small order as they had no Snow Fairy when I was stocking up in store earlier!

I went into Guildford and stuff was quickly selling out, I managed to get one of the sets that is originally £73 and some other gift sets as well, I got home and unpacked and realise I hadn't got everything I wanted within the gift sets so just been online and made another order so Im pleased!

I sell the soaps from the gift sets on eBay as I never use them so that gets some of the cost back for me, but its my one treat to myself every year and what I manage to get lasts me all year so Im well pleased

I got a Merry & Bright gift set in store in Reading today, it was sooooo busy. Had to wait about 20 mins to pay.

Also just got a few bits online, nice to see some non-Christmas bits in the sale online.

Had my order from this morning finally confirmed about an hour ago..just had look on website again and few more of my fave bubble bars on there now so sailed through a 2nd order :j

It was the snow fairy shower gel I was after but none left by looks of it - couldn't get website order to go through - annoying but not surprising!
