is the any point in trying ?, i only want 1 item and so far 30 mins after and still can't get to my basket.

Every year lush run a sale and cant cope.

I didn't have any problems last year, was straight in and out within minutes, getting fed up trying now, have got as far as putting a item into my basket but won't let me 'continue shopping'.

Hello,

I managed to get my order to go through by using a combination of the F5 & F4 (refresh) keys.

If you select the product you want to buy & click 'add to basket' the following: '503 Service Temporarily Unavailable' appears.

I then clicked F4 & F5 alternatively to refresh the page. If the 'Internet Explorer box' (it says retry & cancel) pops up just close it using the red cross in the top right corner & click back a page using the back page button on your search bar & then use the F4 or F5 buttons- it does work it's just slow.

Their website is AWFUL for such a large and successful company - Had problems with them before so for the 3rd year running went to a store today for opening, it was really busy with around 30+ people queuing to get in but got everything I wanted and more, Spent over £200 but will keep me going!! The only sale I really look forward to each year

They have never gone 75% off - They sell at 50% for around a week or 2, Anything that's not sold is taken off display and given to charity (They do the same all through the year with gift sets and products going out of date).

I had the same thing happen....hopefully it is just because the website is slow that their confirmations have not yet gone out???
