Found a rceipt near the cash point at Sains, uploaded to CoS for 1p. It has 3 unclaimed points on but is really dirty do you think I can still go in and have these added to my card without looking like I picked it up off the floor?LBM: Dec 2012 - Debt £38,180/ Now £0.

I heard some sad news on an advert for Tesco today. They will no longer be printing vouchers for price comparisons, which if abandoned could be wombled and used. This SM is now comparing prices at the POS and reducing the bill at the till. Wombles be warned! Has anyone else heard this?0

Probably not worth drawing attention to yourself for 3 points.
If they "mark your card" then you may feel uncomfortable about future submissions.
I was spotted picking up receipts and challenged by customer service.
Has really taken the fun out of it - but only for that store.0 -

Yes this isn't good news for us Wombles.
Morri's have done some tinkering, but I never thought much of their scheme.
Hope Adsa don't do a similar thing for their APG.0 -

That was kinda what I was thinking, if it was for a few hundred points I would be more inclined to try it though.LBM: Dec 2012 - Debt £38,180/ Now £0.

The Only Girl- that is great news for your son, how much do iPhones go for? None of us have them we are all on android. Goes to show it is always worth asking these companies what they are prepared to do.
Siebrie - you have the bug it's brilliant
Muhren - I've never been entirely sure what 1 Mr T point is worth. I know a nectar point is worth 0.05p but at the end of the day you'd pick up a penny so why not a reciept with 3 points on it. That said if it is obviously dirty and stained I'd probably take the view that the financial gain wasn't worth the effort.
Dizzy - that is damning news. Do they specifically say that about it being an anti womble move?
I have done zero wombling this week unless you count using my mat exemption cert to get a free prescription. Have been really unwell with some form of sinusitis. But the antibiotics are starting to do their work now on day 4. Hopefully back to the freebie wagon next week

Sinusitis sucks. Sorry to hear that Bob.
I had it for 3 days this week, then it disappeared and I suddenly gained a wickedly awful cough that starts somewhere in my army boots. Not much sleep going on here.
Sad about not being able to womble anymore Tesco receipts for free money, but next week is clubcard boost, so might get a few presents for pence, and knowing that all the wombled receipts are messing with their statistical data makes me happy.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Hope you both feel better soon.
Foxholes have you tried applying Vicks to the soles of your feet and then wearing socks in bed. I haven't tried it myself but as crazy as it sounds it is supposed to help stop you coughing.LBM: Dec 2012 - Debt £38,180/ Now £0.

Sorry to hear about your sinusitis Bob. Get well soon. Antibiotics + plenty of fluids + plenty of rests will soon sort you out.
I think iphone5s go for about £400 brand new. We were really amazed at such a generous gesture from Apple Store. As they say in our part of the country shy bairns get nowt. It was desperation on his part that made him ask apple. I thought he was just careless with his things (he lost one iPhone already) so I told him I'm not buying him another one. I might sound like a mean mom but I told him I would give him £30 to buy a basic phone and he would need to save his own money to buy a better smart phone. I wanted to teach him and his brother that things are not disposable and they need to treat their things with care to get the most life out of them. It turns out that it was manufacturers fault and not for being careless. Actually, the manager said he was 25 days out of the usual warranty but he let him off and gave it as an early Christmas present. Who would say no to that. By the way, I am an android user myself."There is Life AFTER DEBT."LBM 2009 Total Debt £49046.24 Debt Free as of 27/08/20150
