Morning all. I was waiting for my daughter to come out of work the other day and spotted a MrTee docket lying on the grass verge. Daughter dutifully got out of the car and picked it up ... saying AAAAAAHHHHH Mammy

Such a random find nowhere near a store

Made my day.

Wombled about £1 or bit over of coppers 10ps thrown in a corner in my sons room. They know if mammys cleaning she will pick these little coins up

Also stopped enroute home yesterday at an MarksanS .. I spent £30 but I filled my freezer. 3 packs Prawns, 4 packs of Turkey, I large bag Turkey fillets

2 packs Pork Belly, 3 packs of battered cod, fresh cod, tomatoes, lettuce, bulgar wheat salads, fresh cream, ham, Italian breads, organic cheese and other bits bobs. Had the battered cod last night it was delicious. It was a big outlay but so many meals.

So many people buying the meal deals and other prepared food coming up on 5 pm at full price. Who says there is no money in this country.

I have added 83 loyalty points from 11 wombled receipts to my card, and now I have enough points to exchange for a 5€ voucher.

The guests that were staying at our place since Saturday brought a bag of clothes for me. The lady is quitting corporate life, and brought her old skirts and shirts. I now have 4 skirts, 3 waistcoats, 2 blouses, and 1 jacket. Hurray! Especially that I don't have to go shopping for some time!

Evening wombles!

A rare and exciting actual visit to the SM this evening and got £15.18 worth of groceries for £2.25 - all YS! I did buy additional items, but rather chuffed with this haul

Not sure if this is considered a womble - my son's iPhone started to swell to the point that the screen seemed to lift. We were a bit worried about it because we didn't have the funds to buy a replacement phone and we are just a few months into his 12-month sim only plan. He went to the Apple Store yesterday to see what could be done. Good news is - apple said they will give him a replacement phone - a new iPhone for free - because it was a manufacturer's fault. He was so happy he was already back in the store this morning when I woke up.
