Hello womblers :hello:
As TM has posted some info about glitches, I will post my brief explanation of the missing multi glitch, I hope it makes sense
1. Asda Receipts only contain a list of products, quantity purchased and the single item prices.
2. The APG tries to figure out what you actually paid by applying multi-buy discounts using information from the asda groceries website.
3. Sometimes there is a discrepancy between the website and in-store offers, this is what causes it to glitch.
So, for the muller yogurts... the in-store 6 for £3 and 10 for £4 offer is absent from asda's website.;)
Using a Tesco's comparison as an example...
Buy 6 mullers that Tesco also stock and APG see's £3 on the Tesco side of the comparison.
As the multi-buy is missing from Asda groceries, the APG thinks you paid 68p each = £4.08 (you actually paid £3)
So instead of 10% back (30p) you get £1.38 back :T
Best return with the mullers is buying 12 as this matches a competitor's offer twice while being slightly cheaper price per unit because of the 10 for £4.
As SSM mentioned, the apg will load a maximum quantity of 10 of each product when performing the comparison, so don't buy more than 10 of the same flavour (for this type of glitch).
You need 8 different items to qualify for an APG comparison, those 8 items need to appear on asda's groceries website and there are some exclusions such as baby milk powder.
If anyone want's to find out more / clarify anything then pop a post on the elite thread

Thanks so much for explaining this TrulyMadly!
I'm actually beginning to understand this.:j
Question - Are the flavours and quantities of each important. Would it work if,for instance, I bought 12 of the same flavour. If it needs to be exactly as your list then I'm not fully getting it, but I'm much nearer than before. Is it because the 10 for £4 discount would be picked up ?
I think Bubbs has already answered before I even asked!!
Mind Readers as well !!

Just for the sake of clarity I will answer......
No it won't work with 12 of the same flavour as you need ATLEAST 8 different items, one of which must compare. It doesn't have to be exactly that list but until you understand it fully I would stick closely to it. If a yoghurt flavour is missing off the shelves, do as SSM says and add a banana to your shop. If 2 yoghurt flavours are missing add a banana and an onion.
When you have all your items in your basket and before you go to checkout, count that you have 12 yoghurts, also count that you have at least 10 different types of item.
KEEP YOUR RECEIPT........the whole things been a waste of time if you lose it:o.

Hi Bubbs
Not today. Just did a standard shop. But another user has told me that you can double dip on the COS 5p reciept thing by opening a £co account and loading the same reciepts into their snap app. So far made 20p today doing 4 reciepts already claimable on the other App.
My son likes to go and look under the coin star machine as well. This time he was rewarded with a £ coin and 6pno adult could be so brazen sadly...:rotfl:
Recieved a brand match coupon for 70p as well and found 1p of my own.
After the soaking we got coming back from the shops I won't be doing anything else today!

Just been reading this thread and great work guys. I work as a field engineer and get a company fuel card that can be used in any petrol station so I have a Nectar card and a Morrisons card which I use to collect points from the fuel. Does that count?Littlewoods £0/£750
