    Jeez. I just bought a flat for a little over 200K and I would say it's equal in size to that, my deposit was 50K! Crazy, this property business.

    Anyway, get in there and get a good look at it. You'll soon see if there's a good reason for it not selling. I quite like it, nice little place :)

    Went for a quick look today its been sold by your move and sold/let by a local independent agent.

    Looks nice only issue I can see externally is possible flying freehold.

    It's lovely just as it looks.

    The living room is a little smaller than it looks bit it's mainly due to the layout but it ticks a lot of boxes.
