A few queries about Zoopla and EA's

So found a nice house on Zoopla.
It suggested it's been on the site since July 2014 and that it has been reduced twice.
The last price drop was in September to 70k.
When I spoke to the agents they said they hadn't had the property long and the agent selling the house is very busy over the next 3 weeks with other viewings.
So I'm not sure if the reason it's not selling it partly due to the agent been so busy.
I'm not sure if there's a way to tell how long Your Move have been marketing the property and the vendor isn't local so can't arrange viewings with her.

Lesson No1 don't ever belive what estate agents say to you.
Lesson No2 don't ever belive what estate agents say to you.
But at the end of the day, does it matter? You like the property? Want to buy it? Can afford it? Think it's worth paying what the vendor is now asking?

Mainly around the accuracy of the information on Zoopla.
It seems odd that it got dropped to 70k in September and the agent doesn't seem to have time to arrange viewings.
Guess something doesn't add up, I know the area and it's by no means a bad area.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 0650 -

I would love to make an offer but I can't get a viewing until possibly late Jan early Feb.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 0650 -
It's £50 cheaper with Townend on RightmoveCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0

As advised - make an offer. That should get you in the door and you can always withdraw it after viewing.....0
