I got my washing out today indie before it rained this afternoon!

We didn't get much sleep again last night as neighbour decided on another all night rave! I banged on the window as it woke us all up and she turned it down for ten minutes but turned it loud again. DH phoned police who couldn't do anything but give him a number which was for social services so was no good! In the end DH and me ended up arguing again because he went round to tell them but I was worried who was in the house. They did turn it down...eventually!

My battery is only on 3% so I best go charge it! Will pop in later

I only entered for the books a few times a month leanfun so maybe thats why I wasn't lucky with them.


Wingo that must be so annoying for you being kept awake. You must be much more placid than me. I would be round hammering on the door first thing in morning making sure she didn't get any sleep and causing as much bother as possible with police etc. Hope you get somewhere soon. In Scotland there is a noise limit at nights.


Poor DH getting upset about all the famous men dying. Making comments about being glad to waken up in the morning!

Sounds like "Henry" has arrived - getting so fed up with storms!
At least I slept properly last night and woke about normal time. Don't like wakening up late as my comping routine gets messed up

Morning! Hugs to all who need (and want!) them! Henry is here too. Meant to get up much earlier than I did, but didn't go to bed very early! Don't have anywhere to be today, and don't have much money to go out and spend, so I might just stay in today! Don't fancy being blown around the streets anyway.

Sorry you had problems with them next door again Wingo. My DD had the same problem at her last house so used to put the radio next to their bedroom when she got up and blasted them out too. I know thats not the answer LOL. You need to contact the local noise people.

No Sylvia, haven't got on to posting pics on iPad yet. Getting it sorted out slowly though. I would do same as your DD with radio. Peeps on holiday kept us waken once fighting and screaming at each other. They didn't sleep the next morning I can assure you!

You must have got a fright rose. I am a bit more twitchy now after our break in.
