    Good morning everyone!

Quite a decent weather day here now, just bright cloud
and a slight breeze - if it stays like this through the day I
may go and do some gardening. :D

The cleaning of the inside of my windows went well yesterday
fire**fly - they are all sparkling again now! Also had a rub
of the lucky Buddha too for good health and good luck!

rose - really pleased that you didn't have to do Jury service
today - sorry to hear you've been feeling poorly - hope
    you feel better soon. xx

wingo - bet you must be sooooo fed up with your noisy
neighbour! She must be the most selfish person ever!
I'm with sheils on this - been googling found this:

    https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/69455/pb12023-bothered-by-noise-060701.pdf

Excellent advice on noise, particularly Section 3. Good
luck cos you can't be putting up with that sort of behaviour!

Hope everyone has a lucky February - I'm wondering too
how long before the first win in the Inn!

Take care all - will pop back later. :)

    Good Luck for February everyone.

Thanks for all the great Pictures.

Thanks for the Budda Fire Fly I too rubbed head and tum. Hope someone in the Inn has a win today.

Wingo terrible about your neighbours. Great link Alfie has found.

Sheils pleased your DS is getting sorted with new job and home with gf. It can be difficult with jobs and accommodation.

April hope you have a good day in the warm. Good luck with the comps.

Rose you must have had a fright over the bin. Lo these storms your having are not good. Forecast was for high winds and you certainly had it.
Hope you feel a bit better today.

Hope everyone has a good and lucky week.

Afternoon peeps. Took my life in my hands and went out for some milk. Hate my tea without it. Couldn't believe my eyes, they are digging up the main road again. Traffic is horrendous. It is all backed up. Buses have been diverted as well as other heavy traffic. If I had to go out for a bus I would be as well walking to where I am going in town. There is also a 3/4 mile walk to nearest bus stop in other direction. I feel sorry for anybody with walking difficulties. Between the wind and the road works it is going to be hard for them. I'm a skinny and keeping on my feet was hard enough just as well there is a metal fence from corner of where I live to shop so at least I wouldn't have been blown onto the road. There is also a pole I can hang on to at the crossing .

Haha, I hang on to the pole at the crossing in this kind of weather too! The bit just above my house is on a hill and the wind comes whipping down so fast!

Looks like there's gale force winds everywhere!
I think you've got the worst of it up in Scotland Sheils/Rose....I think yours is a red warning. Ours is amber but still scary! There's chaos on the roads everywhere!

I gave Buddha a rub for luck fire**fly :A Funnily enough I rubbed the one I have on my window sill too this morning! :D

Take care when you're out and about Rose xx Glad you finalised the court jury service and you don't need to attend :)

Thank you for that link Alfie :A Some useful info there. Our neighbour on other side informed her police officer brother who served her with a warning. But that was last time apparently so hopefully she will stop this time!

Hope all is well with you leanfun :) xx Be safe in the high winds!

Thanks for the sainsburys info Claire :T I will remember to use my nectar card when I go in again as its on my way to work :)

I went to a meeting with school senco and camhs today about DD1 but due to poor communication by camhs not sending me a letter and school giving me the wrong date of today instead of end of month I took time out of work unnecessary!
Nothing in post today as usual! Hope it's been lucky for everyone else!

April....you reminded me of my mum there the other day with her skinny 6 & half stone frame clinging on to lamp post for dear life! :D Wouldn't it be great to have a magic carpet where we could just fly over houses!
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

Wingo we don't have any warnings here although wind sounds strong out there. Expect rose will have some sort of warning though.
