Good afternoon all. Did a silly thing today. Parked at Morrisons as usual, went for breakfast and a read of the paper at the local pub we use, on to the library, B & M, Morrisons, Iceland etc. It wasn't until we got home and noticed the time that I realised we had well and truly gone over the 3 hr parking limit. I think it will be about £70 fine!

Got home to a letter from the Pet insurance - as we now only have 1 dog they have put it up by £5 pm. I am not happy.

Well done on your win firefly. Tried to sort out a avatar yesterday but couldn't quite sort it out somehow. Agree with you about crunching the leaves, Lotties loves them its her favorite time of the year I think.

Think we are doing the right thing moving leanfun. Only moved to Durham to help DD1 while her children were small but they are growin up now so thing the times right to move back.

That was nice of your Sister coming to stay for a bit Rose. Hope you feel better soon.

Oh no sylv .... double ouch! First for the parking fine :eek:
(though may not get a fine ... fingers and paws crossed that
you don't) and the second for the blooming per insurance
putting up your premium by £5 per month - blooming cheek.
I would query that one ....

I agree with you that the nights are really drawing in now -
it's lovely to have the lighter mornings at the mo but I
don't like the early dark nights .... makes the day sooooo
short!

I have had a good day,I had my main meal of Chicken Leg,Salad,Tomatoes and peppers it was lovely.

I went to my coffee group where there wasnt many there at all,only one person.I had tea and then I went to Slimming World where I had reached my half a stone target and I got a certificate :

Good morning everyone!

Hope you are all well on this mixed bag of weather Tuesday.

Apparently it's going to be cloudy and sunny here with some
wet stuff arriving later on today ....



not so keen on the wet stuff (I'm hoping the weather
people have got that part wrong!) but looking on the
brighter side of things, it's incredible mild!

Lol fire**fly ... thank you - I just about managed to catch
up yesterday (phew) and I even tackled my ironing pile :eek:
which is usually way down on my to do list.
