    Hi everyone,
Thats us home again. Had to rush back as DD and her bf working at 4.30. Had a lovely time although could have stayed longer!
Weather was really good. Infact we were really hot at St Anne's yesterday afternoon.

Hope you have had some attention at A&E rose.
DD's best friend was away on holiday in Lanzarote last week with extended family and her dad ended up in intensive care after an accident at a Waterpark and didn't get home with them yesterday. Her family has had such an unlucky year. Hopefully he was getting back today.
Hope everyone else is well. Pics didn't turn out great at the Illuminations but here they are if anyone wants a peep.

back home had a scan on shoulder this time. showed there was a lot of inflamation so they gave me gas and air to inhale while they gave me cortisone injections. gas and air didn't help the pain much still nearly hit the roof. they have also changed my painkillers to tramadol. so fingers crossed this helps.

Blimey rose .... you really have been in the wars .... hope the
cortisone injections and different painkillers help to ease the
pain and reduce the inflammation. Got everything crossed for
    you. :A

Pleased you had a lovely day sylv ... you deserve it. The walk
along by the river sounds delightful. :)

Your pics are brill as always sheils .... welcome back! :D

Had an absolutely glorious weather day here with the sun
shining away .... not a cloud in the sky! Beautiful autumnal
    colours around too.

Unfortunately tomorrow is going to be a wet one ..... will
reserve judgement on that at the mo! :p

Have a lovely evening all - I'm off to wash up the dishes!

Rose Hope the shoulder pain eases soon.

Sheils Great to 'hear' that you enjoyed Blackpool. It's always nice to have a look at the photos. :)

I was reading in the newspaper that Scotland is meant to get a bad winter this year. It will be interesting to see if the predictions are correct.
A good life is when you assume nothing, do more, need less, smile often, dream big, laugh a lot, and realise how blessed you are.
