:hello: Everyone,

Hope all is well,I had a lovely day today cleaned my flat this morning the kitchen floor and bathroom and then I went out to coffee group I did my food shop at Waitrose and had a coffee and then I went over to my Slimming World meeting I have lost 1lb and a half,so I am 6 and half in weight loss now and if I can lose another half,I will have lost half a stone

I am relaxing tonight,hope you feel better soon Rose.Glad you like your new hair colour Firefly.

Ho Rose so sorry to hear your news. It must have been very painfull. FireFly has described the pjs and elegant hair really well. It's what you feel comfortable in and can manage without pain. hugs.

Fire Fly I am sure your SIL is right about your hair making you look younger. The dreadful hair cut I had early summer made me look older. When it was back to normal short everyone said I looked younger.

Well dentist went well but I felt ill at home. Had the shakes and felt cold even though I wasn't. Did I check I had no temperature. Recently felt better and had a yogurt.

If I don't eat for a few days I might be joining Katie and loosing weight. Some hope.
Great to hear you are keeping it up Katie. Well done.

Good for you fire**fly getting the highlight in your hair I always go for chestnut brown in the hair dyes. Would love to be brave and go for a tint of red but never do!

Sheils, glad you enjoyed the tower Has DD left school now too? I've been looking for some work experience for DD1 as she leaves in June. She is hoping to go to college but struggling with grades and had to drop all her options when school was taken over.

Sylvia, it will be nice having your son over too to take your mind off things. Xx My DD2 didn't win in the gymnastics comp as it was a hard section but she came very close and did well Her hair fell out on her last tumble and she will have lost marks on it! Her hair is right past her bum now and her gym coach is telling me to cut it but she won't let me! : o

Alfie, make the most of the 'sort of nice' weather as forecasts say we are in for a white Xmas! (Apparently! ) It does say though that Scotland might get the worst of it so get your sledge at the ready Sheils!

I got a freebie in the post today but barely had chance to see what it was as girls claimed it! I think it was Garnier or Nivea face cream It was in a pink box anyway

I'm at the dentist again tomorrow leanfun. They mentioned getting a crown in but I'm going to refuse for now! Hope you feel better tomorrow xx

morning peeps shoulder is agony this morning it seems to have seized up. can't get arm to move in to a comfier position. have got heat pad on it and taken painkillers. hope it loosens up a bit. if not going to phone surgery later. took me ages to get out of bed as any movement was ouch painfull if you know what i mean. take care everyone speak later.
