Morning, it's a bit misty and dull here at the moment.I had to put the heating on as it's chilly.Off to the shops this morning then housework to catch up on. Hope everyone has a lucky day.

Thanks firefly, Sheils, 3 for. He is having and operation this morning to have it pinned. Boys will be boys. He is a very active 14 year old and will not be happy not being able to get about.

Sister is coming today until Friday so it will be the usual fight to get some comping done as she likes to get out and about.

Sorry folks missed half the post as went back a page and did mine from there LOL.

The smoothy sounds ovely firefly, always mean to try a smoothy and never seem to get round to it.

I always put cinamon in apple pies too it gives it a really lovely taste.

Thanks for all the well wishes for GS.

What a mess the school are making Wingo its discusting. You do right to get it sorted out now.

I always used to name my cars Sheils but havent named this one for some reason. Enjoy your day out with your new car anyway.

Am loving the name 'Frosty' sheils! Sounds like DD is
having a wonderful time.

Just popping down to the village in a mo to get some
provisions .... even though the sun is shining there is a
nip in the air! May have to step up the pace to warm
myself up.

Calling car Frosty because its colour is Frost White! Started giving cars names a while back when we ran 2 cars and just kept on with it.
Car with TFT on number plate was Tufty, first Mitsubishi we called Mitzi, second was silver and called it Sylvie and blue one was Blu!

GS is in theatre now. He has to have 3 pins put in. He has broke his tibia fibia and something under his ankle. Good job half term is coming up soon. Thanks for all the well wishes.

Sheils immediately got it about Frosty. congrats to your DD hope she had a good time in Edinburgh. It's hard leaving them at home first time and hard when they go away first time.

fF thanks for the Chestnut link very interesting. Yes, I too put cinnamon in crumbles. Recently I have added ground almonds when I have them.

Wings pleasedyou enjoyed your night out. I agree with Alfie your DS school is run by 'numpties' and with going prepared. I once had to really calm down before going to my DS school or I would have come across as someone demented. Good luck with it. Sad thing is how much it is affecting your DS.

GS back from theatre has have the pins taken back out in 6 months.
