hope all is well,I am fine today,had a great day,had a coffee with friends and then had my tea,I went off to my first slimming World meeting and had my first weigh in

came home and signed up to slimmingworld online to get some ideas.

too much to read tonight so going to have a read tomorrow of all the books in my pack.

Good morning everyone!

Hope you are all well on what is supposed to be
another 'unsettled' day re the weather! :cool:

They got the forecast absolutely right yesterday ...
it ended up raining for most of the day .... but then
the sun finally made an appearance making for a
glorious evening ....



Today ... it's going to be similar - a very mixed bag - bit
of everything ...



... although I've just heard on the forecast that after a
'tricky' morning, the weather will brighten up later! :T:T

Good morning. Glorious here sunshine and clear blue sky. Did not have a very good sleep last night for some reason. I am putting it down to getting older as I am having more and more nights where after 3 or 4 hours I am wide awake. I then get a bit tired around the middle of the afternoon but if I have a lie down on the couch it is about the middle of the next night before I fall asleep again. Can't win. Oh well enough moaning lol . Have a lucky day everybody.

Morning, it's been raining here since the early hours but the sun is trying to come out.I am off to have my hair cut soon. I usually start to think about having it cut before christmas and everywhere is booked up,so i'm having it done early this year..lol. I hope you all have a lucky day.

Indie hope you get a good hair cut. I found a hairdresser who gave me a hair cut I like on holiday!

Alfie and Firefly my plan was to try to do something in garden this week but rain , rain, rain.
