Good morning everyone!

Hope you are all well on what apparently is going to
be a wonderful weather Wednesday .... it's going to
be ....



Yesterday it practically rained all day, only stopped in
the evening when the sun finally came out ... but there
was a slight chill in the air. :cool: Still, apparently Autumn
officially starts today. Must admit, I quite like Autumn but
without the rain!



Nice to hear you have a new car sheils - will be
great for all the travelling you do. :T

Sorry to hear of your BIL's mums sudden demise wingo. :sad:

You had a very successful shopping trip sylv ... I had to
giggle when you said you had bought jeans ... got myself
a couple of pairs not so long ago (always live in jeans)
... blooming puddy took a real liking to them .... couldn't
get her off, tried everything, she even took a swipe and
tried to bite me. :eek:

Think they had been impregnated with catnip or something! :eek:
Had thoughts I would never be able to move around without
my puddy hugging/clinging onto my legs!!

We had a lovely day yesterday but think the rain is supposed to arrive for the middle part of the day - just when I have loads of washing to get dry.


Love the cow pic Alfie. Funny your cat taking a liking to your jeans.


Won't get car until start of next month. Hopefully in time for trip to Wales. It is another Mitsubishi ASX wingo, but white instead of blue.

Morning peeps a bit overcast here this morning and can feel it getting colder. Was a lovely day yesterday. Lovely car shiels. I am taking sons car back later today but will get it back when he leaves again. Expecting him home today/tomorrow. Picking up kids from school as DIL is working. So if he arrives today will have to go through to base to pick him up as well. Kids will love it as they have never been there and they do not know as yet what day he is arriving. Hope everyone has a lovely day.

one of ours once took a serious dislike to some bunny
slippers I had & attacked my feet every time I
wore them :rotfl::eek: got up one morning & he'd
literally clawed them to pieces :eek: :rotfl:
funny how they seem to like & dislike certain items

Had to smile at your puddly going for your jeans Alfie.

It's sunny and bright here today no signs of rain but garden is saturated.

Wingo that school is so draconian. It's unbelievable. How are the young people going to learn with their attitude. Makes my blood boil.

Rose great for you all that your son has a few days off. Enjoy.

Katie your making me think I should start looking at what we eat and start walking again. We had started to do more exercise then seemed to drop off.
Yes, I can cope with most things in life but not the dentist. Lo!

Goodness had to go on a hunt for binoculars couldn't remember where I put them. If son is home later today want kiddywinks to see boat coming in as I have a treasure hunt put together. We wont be in base but I have a pass where they can see it surfaced and coming home. Only thing I am bothered about at minute is it takes about 2/3 hours from boat coming in till they will actually see him so will have to get thinking head on to keep them amused as it will be dark and they do not have the greatest of patience once excited about something.

Leanfun, hope dentist went OK. I hate going too.


Had a WEM for a case of Tornado Energy. 1,000 prizes of it so should be plenty of winners. Didn't recognise the post and hadn't thanked on it so couldn't understand how I had won. Turns out ILC shared a link on FB that I must have followed to hotuk. DD and DH will enjoy it anyway. :j:j

Congratulations on win Sheils.

I survived the dentist. A friend facetimed not too long before my appointement so had my mind taken off it. Must say I looked very white on iPad.

Rose hope you found the binoculars and all you have entertained the GKs while you wait. Exciting for you all.
