When I had a frozen shoulder Wingo the pain was all down my arm but the injection helped a lot. I think you are probably right waiting to try the injection until after the op just in case.

Sorry your LO has been poorly Kitten and hope she is on the mend now. It must make it difficult with child care while you are at work when she is poorly as well.

Just watch the last episode of the series of Call the Midwife. New series next year.

Well done on the car boot sale Wingo, could do with one of those myself.

I expect you will be glad when you can get planting again firefly.

Morning. Dull and wet here this morning. Was wide awake at 5.30 this morning. Hope everyone is well. Have a lucky day with comps everyone looking forward to seeing some wem's in the inn today.

though we've had a touch of ground frost so
everything's all sparkly
was wide awake around 5 as well so have got most of
the morning chores done
& zoo's all fed & watered :j
so hopefully a smooth day of comping for me

So cold here at the moment - our heating is broken (engineer tomorrow), so gone to my mother's, but that is cold too because they are away.
