Morning everyone Nice and bright and sunny here for a change. ff I hate honey but tolerate it as for some reason it seems to help my ibs if I have a flare up. Manuka was recomended by a dietician at hospital I have it with whatever wont go straight through me which isn't easy to find when flare up starts. Ok not a subject for the board lol. (sorry):o Shiels I hope weather is nice for you. Where you moving on to today? Hope everyone is well.

That's good that the manuka honey is good for IBS too Rose :) I used to suffer from that a lot bug not as much now. I knew it was good for Crohn's.

Hope you had a lovely day yesterday sheils :) Lovely photo near the lake.

Is that a good sign of spring on the way fire**fly seeing the frogs hopping around? :) You have a lot of wildlife in your garden, we never get any anymore. Used to enjoy seeing the various ducks, squirrels, frogs, foxes & water voles. (Well maybe not the water voles as they are similar to rats! :o) They stay in the stream at the end anyway!

The dr mentioned injections as a last resort Sylvia for my arms. I will probably wait until after op is over and done with now. Oddly enough my sis has trouble with her shoulder too and she is hoping for injections for it. Thats probably what hers is, frozen shoulder.

Good luck with the jobs trial spoonful, hope it works out for you :)

Good luck with the decorating indie :)

Me & sis did car boot sale today and I made £110 :) One mans junk is another mans treasure! I dropped a few things off at charity shop on way back.
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

Evening wingo well done with car boot. Sympathise with you and your sis. when my shoulder is sore it means I am liter ally one handed and as mine is on the side of my writing hand so is dominant for lifting cutting etc it is a bit of a nuisance hopefully going in shortly for op to sort it. Had a nice curry for dinner really enjoyed it. Have a nice evening.
