Goodness wingo your are having a rough time ((((hugs))))) Well done on your complaints though. Was out for half an hour to take something to a friend and got completely soaked it is still very windy which I think made the rain seem worse. Shiels hope you have had a nice day, enjoy your 3 day break.

DD gave me a voucher for the fish and chip restaurant she works in so we will be heading down to it when we get back our break. It is a bring your own booze one so will be able to take our own wine. They do a lovely Banoffi pie there too. Haven't had fish and chips for ages.

I could eat it every night shiels love it but do restrict myself to a couple of times a month. Have you got an early start in the morning?

I am so sorry to hear that you are having a rough time Wingo. Cant they offer you any physio to help. I had to have the steroid injection when I had a frozen shoulder and it really helps as well. Hope DD is feeling better today. Big hugs for you all.
