Has anyone got any idea if the big boxes that are down to 50% will drop again to 70%? Thanks x

I don't think they will. Assuming you're talking about the Crabtree & Evelyn boxes and the French Connection ones. They were Star Gift promotions after xmas so aren't in the sale as such, it's a different promotion.

Has anyone had an order cancelled/some items returned? I placed my order at 4.30am and all but 1 set has been returned. It was only a small order and annoyed seeing as i was up at 3am ready and waiting lol

Think I was lucky with my online shop, (at 7.10 am on day sale started) I got some yardley and woods of Windsor sets for putting away for Aunites nxt Xmas, I also got sme perfume sets half price and a Clinique party set a third off, I spent just over £100 so used a code to get £10 off too, I noticed checking out it said I had save £154 so happy!
I have been to Cheshire Oaks and Chester boots today to see if I could get any bargains in store but it has nearly all gone now, just got some wrapping paper, tags and a pair of cute reindeer slipper socks!
Must stop spending now, I always overspend in January as I can't resist a bargain, I tell myself it's OK as I am buying for next Christmas but I must admit I am a hoarder and have to stop!!!
ps I would avoid supplements as advertised above, eat less, move more!!!

I'm still waiting for them to process my order from 3.57am yesterday. I've heard from a couple of other people (who completed their orders after me) that they've had stuff cancelled again (just like last year).

Next year, I'm ordering it to be collected from store, it gets processed so much quicker.

I bought a lot in the sale and so did my mum , but none of it is to sell on, if you have big families and lots of people to buy for then it makes sense to buy it all now, I always buy loads of toiletries for myself for the year, and the same with perfumes, so maybe a dozen gift sets are for me, and then the Cute or What stationary sets I bought for myself for the year, and with pens and note pads I had about 15 sets, but all for me to use....
In Bath there was loads of stock and SA filling the shelves again as the morning went in, I don't think anyone who wanted one, couldn't have got a large Soap and glory box, any amount of all the Sanctuary and Champney sets, loads of Jack Wills sets, there was I think more stock than I have ever seen in there...it was a very pleasant morning stocking up....x

I'm feeling a bit worried - I ordered at 4am the first day of the sale - I ALWAYS check out - collect from store, but I made a mistake whilst I was feeling sleepy (!) and pressed delivery to home - arghhh - I STILL haven't had a dispatch note - I'll be a bit annoyed if they cancel, they estimated that I would get the package on Saturday but - i'm still waiting for that dispatch...

Next year, I'm ordering it to be collected from store, it gets processed so much quicker.

I had mine delivered to store, got a text at 12pm to say i had a refund and partial despatch etc. sent in 2 separate emails. They do not make it easy to understand! :S

I ordered 2 x 1 litre bottles of christmas ale (hoping for a long bbf date by OH use to run a pub so will be drinking those before april)

2 x UG hair miracle serum (full sized bottle)
which i placed around 5am and all delivered to store and collected.

My first 4.30 am ordered had:
2 x jack wills body mist trio
1 x jack wills male body wash set
    1 x casserole dish
    1 x skillet
    1 x men expert set
    1 x cocktail set
1 x gruffalo money box (to replace the one DS broke from his uncle)
    1 x sspa mini bag

For some reason when my mum collected my parcel for me there was another partial parcel which contained the 3 jack wills sets i bought and the mini s spa bag. I got no email/text confirmation and am still confused as to if i will actually get any of the rest of my order. Not holding my breath tho!
