As for the concern I'm sure it will be done by internal means as and when, meanwhile let them get on with trying to help other customersIt's not just about the money0 -
Genuine customers needs? silk...I think you need to get a grip, I've been with Vodafone for quite a while 3 family members have accounts and there has not been one occasion when Vodafone didn't screw up somehow when phones or contracts have been changed.
So I reckon I'm entitled to some genuine customer help...and as usual you and your avoidance of constructive help just sums up vodafones customer care attitudes as well...non existent.
As regards fixing the problem by internal means "as and when" it's just disconcerting when they take a month to try and find out why there's been no sim activation yet...now tell me silk....where would you start looking?...go on for once suggest something useful or are you as clueless as Vodafone staff appear to be?No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0 -
so really no point to this threadDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
