concerned about the problem?....you would think they would be concerned about it as well and want to get to the bottom of it as I've now read posts on forums similar to what happened me....as for making up stories Silk...what part do you not believe?....
The story at the top of the page wasting the time of Elliot when I'm quite sure they had better things to do such as trying to sort out genuine customers needs

As for the concern I'm sure it will be done by internal means as and when, meanwhile let them get on with trying to help other customers

Genuine customers needs? silk...I think you need to get a grip, I've been with Vodafone for quite a while 3 family members have accounts and there has not been one occasion when Vodafone didn't screw up somehow when phones or contracts have been changed.

So I reckon I'm entitled to some genuine customer help...and as usual you and your avoidance of constructive help just sums up vodafones customer care attitudes as well...non existent.

As regards fixing the problem by internal means "as and when" it's just disconcerting when they take a month to try and find out why there's been no sim activation yet...now tell me silk....where would you start looking?...go on for once suggest something useful or are you as clueless as Vodafone staff appear to be?

so really no point to this thread
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Silk doesnt offer any sort of constructive help

Vodafone are rubbish at customer care and sorting out problems of their own making
