    Thanks to Crashy I've just increased my rental yield by over 1% :T. All I did was mark down the value of my properties :D. Might increase my yield by another 1% next month :T.
    A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

    How come prices in Dagenham, Highams Patk etc have risen 14% between November and now? Is this sustainable?
