The data is to my liking, that's what you don't seem to get, I don't really care what the current capital value is, I can't spend or invest that can I? I'll care about that when I sell, at least a decade (maybe 2) from now. What I care about now is current profit i.e. rental income, which was a decent return before the base rate was cut to 0.5%, now it is higher to the tune of £29k per annum, and has been for the last 6 years.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

I take it I am not one of the three stooges then, or couldn`t you resist braying about how "well" you are doing? How do you think rents will hold up in a proper correction?0 -

I'm not sure what the point of the data is, you would probably expect demand to be significantly lower in December than in February. Comparing February 2015 to February 2014 might be more relevant...0 -

Oh I think you are the biggest stooge of them all, I don't think I've seen a bigger fool than you on this website, at least I can't think of anyone at the moment. Perhaps others could help, guys can you think of a bigger fool than crashy? There isn't going to be 'a proper correction' soon, although I think there might be some sort of correction in about 8-10 years, but prices probably will not fall lower than they are now.
EDIT: What you don't realise is that those who buy for the long term and weather any storms along the way, set themselves up nicely for the rest of their life. But since you haven't realised that in about 20 years its probably too late for you anyway. But your saving grace is that you are so foolish that it protects you from the depression that any normal person would feel, if they had made your poor financial decisions in life.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
Round my way it's all happening, bloke down the street sold his three bed detached for a bag of bacon McCoy's in the pub last night. There's signs up with pictures of what you'd take for your five bed semi. One couple painted a picture of a tea bag and a candle they are so desperate. It's like post nuclear apocalypse round my way and the local lads who sit on the wall at the end of the road and smoke weed and drink carling all day told me it's set to continue into the new year.
After Tony Blair gets back in we're all going to be rich again and my mum can go to work and start taking six months off on the sick again.
