So I appealed my parking ticket and they ignored the email for 6 months before sending a letter that they claimed to be the second letter.
I believe I only had 30 days to get a POPLA code.
So now how do I get one since the ticket was in July?
Thanks in advance

They certainly have form in this regard. The Parking Prankster has blogged about this. See the main blog on Armtrac here:

But there's other stuff too on PP's blogsite about them. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Have they actually sent you a POPLA code now? Is it out of date?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The problem with scattergun threads and postings - wastes a lot of valuable time chasing tail.
I don't think NEWBIES realise just how many threads and posts we regulars are going through each and every day, barely keeping heads above water at times - as well as helping on Pepipoo at the same time. Having to read duplicate and triplicate threads doesn't encourage me to even attempt to unravel them.
Too many others to help. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Here's the same answer I gave you before Umkomaas:
Maybe I thought asking the questions in separate threads would make it easier for the questions to be answered without confusion. Whilst allowing people to see what topics may apply to them, without having to sift through everything, when they get answers that brush off anything that they actually asked.
I've found the 'regulars' on here aren't actually all that helpful, accept for the odd one or two. The majority are rude and self-righteous.
Having time to post thousands of times on a forum isn't anything to get you respected or give you authority. Keyboards can make some people feel like very big men, without actually achieving much with their time.0 -
Please don't take this the wrong way, but....
Always helps to keep relevant questions relating to one case, to one thread.
Probably worth sending a PM to Crabman and asking him to merge all your threads, so that those who try to help you have context, and can give you the right answers.
Nothing to do with being keyboard warriors, but those who have given you advice about not posting multiple threads are the very people who spend hours on here trying to help people, and they speak from experience.Bournemouth - home of the Mighty Cherries0
