Complaining to the BPA

Armtrac failed to respond to my appeal for 6 months and actually ignored it. They have sent me a letter claiming that it is the second letter (it is not) and that I did not appeal (I did.)
They did not provide me with a POPLA code at any point.
What is the best way to complain to the BPA to sound as official as possible and get things sorted without shooting myself in the foot?
Not sure what to put in the email to them.
Thanks!

Just put in the email what you have said above. Armtrac failed to respond to your appeal and failed to provide a PoPLA code which is a breach of the BPA CoP.
Have a search for others in similar situations that you can refer to that will show Armtrac have a history of this sharp practice.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Write to Amtrac and inform them they failed to respond to a appeal notice and failed to provide access to an independent appeal.
Therefore the Registered keeper now has no liability under POFA 2012.
If they would like to challenge the POFA requirements in court you will see them there on any day that suits them along with your expenses sheet.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
I am not sure that the BPA actually read letters of complaint. The last one I sent to them complained of misrepresentation of authority, and they wrote back saying they could not intervene in disputes. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
