But it's why the forum determines
1. One thread one issue, and
2. Any random newbie who posts on your thread is diverted away from it and asked to start their own.
This is so that, as the person with a specific problem we are giving our time freely to you to either:
1. save you from a £60/£100 parking charge, or
2. to help you by reading through and advise on your draft POPLA/IAS appeal, or
3. to advise you on how to deal with debt collectors, or
4. how to deal with a LBA, or
5. how to respond to a MCOL, or
6. how to deal with drafting you defence
7. how to handle yourself in court facing an adversarial lawyer
you can be sure that every bit of advice we give relates to you and your problem and you don't get mixed up with advice for any number of other randoms jumping in on your thread with their own (often totally) unrelated cases.
I don't hide behind any post count, but if you think that I'm being unhelpful I suggest you would be better checking out my bona fides via my thanks : posts ratio than any basic post count (where one word or hundreds of words count the same). Trust me, there aren't that many people who thank anyone for being 'unhelpful'!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

here's the same answer i gave you before umkomaas:
Maybe i thought asking the questions in separate threads would make it easier for the questions to be answered without confusion. Whilst allowing people to see what topics may apply to them, without having to sift through everything, when they get answers that brush off anything that they actually asked.
I've found the 'regulars' on here aren't actually all that helpful, accept for the odd one or two. The majority are rude and self-righteous.
Having time to post thousands of times on a forum isn't anything to get you respected or give you authority. Keyboards can make some people feel like very big men, without actually achieving much with their time.
