I emailed TTR on Thursday and have not received a response from them
I followed this up with an email to TT CEO who asked TTB to help me to contact TTR - and promised me a solution by COP today - guess what ?
Nothing yet !!0 -

I'm still curious as to why you want to leave the excellent TalkTalk Business service? If its due to cost then by all means join TalkTalk residential but just be aware that to get any decent support you'd have to use their forums. Or join Plusnet and if you need to speak to them wait for ~45mins on the phone before someonje from Yorkshire answers the phone.0 -

It's totally down to cost
My query is whether I can keep my TT B "gotadsl" email account.... To send as well as receive from...and STILL nothing from TTR (despite the CEO email)0 -
TalkTalk residential currently have a £5 per month deal (for 1st 12 months) for unlimited 38Mb fibre - then £13.50 per month
QUIDCO will also pay out £70 on this ?0 -

FYI when i moved from TTR to TTB back in April my TTR email accounts were removed....despite still having access to my TTR online account and online forums.0 -

We shall see !!
I have received another reply from TTB HLR but still nothing from TTR (Who runs the company - Clearly not the CEO)0 -
This is getting silly - I can keep my GOTADSL email address - but apparently - I cannot keep my existing phone number (that I have had for 15 years) !!
"the fibre is available for you but only on a new line order meaning that we wouldn’t be able to carry over your current telephone number. Are you wanting to keep that number or are you happy with a new LandLine number?"
NO I AM NOT !0
