IamEmanresu - yes they have a postcode, it is SA73 2NB. On my appeal I wrote that I do not give them permission to give my details to any third parties, so good idea I will add that to the BPA complaint.0

It seems that Expedion itself does not have a ICO registration, however something called 'The Post House' at the same address does. Does this make any difference?0

Yes. Complain to Steve.C@britishparking.co.uk with a copy to elizabeth.symons@dvla.gsi.gov.uk.
Or you could go straight to the ICO under "How your information has been handled"
https:// ico org uk/concerns/
Or do all 3 if you are inclined. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I have emailed Crown Copyright with the papers, also the BPA and DVLA have copies of the papers and my compliant about my information being passed.
Should I send a letter to Expedion denying the debt and turning it back to ANPR?0 -
I wouldn't bother - waste of a stamp. They have never had a small claim proceed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So crew...
Finally received a POPLA code after a few months. Unfortunately it doesnt look like any of my other investigations are going to lead to anything (I havent heard anything from DVLA or crown copyright).
So, how to proceed now - use a POPLA appeal template and tack on about missing the deadline and failing to provide a POPLA code? Or simply ignore them now?0 -
the former, use the popla code now you have it and trounce them at popla (if they dont cancel)
the latter idea is stupid so I wont even comment (lol)
check post #3 of the newbies sticky thread for suitable popla examples to adapt0 -
POPLA - this is easy, as long as you do a bit of further reading, find a POPLA appeal example (NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #3 - 'How to win at POPLA'), and adapt it to reflect your case.
Make sure you thoroughly proof read it - too many have lazily copied and dumped it here, often including the wrong PPC from the copy and dump - then left it for regulars to go through it line by line and sort it all out for them. None of the regular advisors will do that any more, so do make sure, line by line, what you propose as your appeal is accurate/correct.
