It is widely believed Trev must have photos of someone high up at the BPA with a sheep, given the amount of stuff he pulls with nothing ever happening to him.

His ANPR in a box must be more advanced than we thought.

Yeah I saw some advice on one of the threads to say NTK and nothing about a PCN. Should I write a letter back to ANPR and ask for a POPLA code again or just wait for the BPA to get one for me?

Let the BPA rattle their cage, not you! ANPR Ltd are not worth a stamp, not even at Christmas. It is truly astonishing they are still in the AOS and getting DVLA data.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Email them back to say:

"Hoi! Trev! Is that the best you can do? You know fine well that any appeal is from the date of your letter (notice to keeper) and not from the date of the of the parking event.

Stop being an a-hole and either accept my appeal and cancel the PCN, or send a rejection with a POPLA code.

PS - you are being reported to the BPA for breaching their code of practice.

PPS - your letter will be used as evidence of your deceptive practices in any court claim that may arise.

    Best regards,

    Hi all,

An update to this, I have contacted both the BPA, who are currently investigating the matter, and the DVLA, who are also investigating a breach of conduct.

I have still not received a POPLA code, and today received a letter from debt collectors 'expedion' and a Patrick Crossley with 'draft court papers' ("not designed to intimidate :rotfl: ") and a threat to submit the case before Northampton County Court in 2 weeks.

I am not sure how to proceed, surely they cannot take me to small claims when I havent had a POPLA case and the BPA and DVLA are investigating my case?

I have seen on threads that often writing a 'debt is denied' letter back to them can work, but with court papers?

There is also a number to call to discuss the case, perhaps that would be a better course of action?

    Thanks again crew!

They need a licence to copy court papers as they are crown copyright documents.
Report the debt collector for sending crown documents outside the usage licence conditions in breach of crown copyright send the document scan and complaint to :
    Crowncopyright@noms.gsi.gov.uk

It is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE to breach crown copyright, let them see how clever it is then.

Call ANPR/Expedion?!?!?!? Don't be soft! This is Trev's mob, they're not going to take you to court and expose their own misdeeds in front of a judge.

All you need to do is to send copies of this latest tosh to BPA and DVLA and ask what the hell is taking them so long.

Marktheshark, I am not sure about the laws for Crown Copyright, but you think I should scan and send the papers to the email address you provided, with what information attached?

Do you have the postcode or registered office for Expedion? The do not appear to have ICO registration so Trev should not be passing personal data.

You might want to add that to your BPA complaint - with a copy to the DVLA
