One of my vouchers from 26/11 arrived a couple of days ago. No response to my emails chasing it, though it did arrive shortly after contact was made! Hmmmm

I thought I would add my question here, rather than start a new thread. Am I going crazy- I could've sworn the other week i-say had a John Lewis evoucher listed as a reward option. However, when trying to redeem today it's nowhere to be seen! Clearly someone above commented that they had redeemed one, but that was some time ago.

I haven't seen anything from John Lewis listed for a few months. They used to be paper vouchers, then switched to gift cards before disappearing altogether. (JL do accept the compliments vouchers, but I think that has to be done in store.)
