What's going on with I-Say? (IPSOS)

They are taking forever and a day to send out paper vouchers. Last time I requested one, I also complained after 5 or 6 weeks that it hadn't arrived, only for it to arrive in the post within a day or two of my email. This time, I've been waiting about six weeks for a voucher, and in the mean time have reached payout again. I'm not sure quite why they're taking so long. I prefer not to shop at Amazon but I can see the attraction in getting the voucher straight away!

Amazon vouchers aren't necessarily the answer. its a week since I ordered an Amazon code and although my account shows its been fulfilled I've received nothing. 2 emails to i say have gone unanswered and I'm at a loss as to what to do now as the web site says they'll respond within 2 working days and its been that long since I sent the second email let alone the first. The website doesn't give a phone number to contact so I'm feeling robbed at the moment.

I can get on the site tonight. You might have better luck if you log in directly, rather than clicking links in emails? Completed a couple of smaller paying surveys, don't have 40 minutes spare for the others atm.

I wonder if anyone has had problems claiming their vouchers from ipsos I -say in the UK. I have accumulated points worth £70 in vouchers and I placed an order for them over 5 weeks ago and I see in my order details it says it has been fulfilled over 3 weeks ago but I have never received them and they are not replying to my messages through their website even although they say they will respond within 2 days. Any ideas what I can do now?

I'm also experiencing a long wait for my voucher.

I ordered a John Lewis voucher on 2nd November.

I gave it a month and nothing turned up, so I emailed on 5th December, asking what was happening. They did reply within the two days, and told me to give it another week.

Nothing turned up, so I emailed again on 15th December and have had no reply as yet.

I've actually been doing quite well with Ipsos, and I'm already within 200 points of another payout.

I'll be reluctant to request another voucher while my 1st request is still outstanding.

I generally like Ipsos as they give a few points even if you are screened out, but I might have to stop doing their surveys if they are taking so long to payout

I'm in the same position with the Compliments voucher as the rest of you. Second time for me this year, I had the this problem with a Compliments voucher requested in august. Should have known better than to try again.

I order my last Compliments £10 on Nov 17th and it's been Fulfilled according to Ipsos but no-show in post.

Something has gone wrong with them. Never used to have problems with Ipsos.

Just chiming in as another one who is still waiting for a Compliments voucher from them. I ordered it on 8th November and according to the website it was fulfilled on 17th November but I haven't received anything. I've emailed them twice but no response. Dead annoyed! But at least I know it's not just me.

I went through about 50 survey invites in the last day or so.

If the website gives a not found link = means survey is closed and has been removed
If survey loads = survey is still open
I claimed a £10 amazon voucher and received it within minutes.

Has anyone contacted Compliments themselves to see if they can give Ipsos a nudge ?

I've been waiting on a Compliments voucher since 26/11/14. No point chasing it until after the New Year.
