What's going on with I-Say? (IPSOS)

Is anyone a member of I-Say? Are you having trouble accessing surveys lately?

I am. I click on the survey link, it takes forever to load the page and just comes up with an error. I've not been able to do any surveys for a few days now. Last week, I was able to access surveys but mid way through, they took me straight back to my account page. I sent them an email last week but haven't had a reply yet. I also did a survey for 250 points about 2 weeks ago which was never credited to me

I've been using them for the past month or so. All the surveys are emailed to me and I use the links included to access them. Haven't noticed any problems. I don't get inundated with surveys though.

Yes, I have had trouble loading older surveys from links in emails.
Haven't tried this afternoon or evening.

Yes, exactly as you describe. Site is being really erratic. I have some surveys that I have completed and have been sat on my home page for weeks, if not months now. Survey they emailed me today, the page failed to load on every attempt. Frequently happens now, to the point I have almost stopped bothering as they don't reply to support requests. Shame, as it's been a reasonable earner for me. But then, I'll randomly complete one and it credits and I've still been able to redeem. Hoping they are just having some technical issues. I reckon the problems started for me when they became I-Say. What browser are you using?

Thanks for your replies everyone.

I requested a £10 compliments voucher about a month ago and usually I receive vouchers from here in a couple of weeks but there's no sign of it yet. I think I'm more concerned that they haven't replied to my email whereas they're usually quite quick.

I have 5 surveys sitting in my inbox that I can't access. It is soooo annoying!

Wizzbang, I'm using Firefox. I also tried Chrome but still had no luck. I was regularly getting surveys from I-Say and still am, about 2 a day but still can't access them. It just constantly says page loading and then an error.

Last month my voucher hadn't arrived in about a month since requesting, so I emailed them. They did respond and offered to send me another one, the very day that my voucher turned up. So I told them not to worry. I am waiting on another one now, so we'll see- it's been some weeks already. I think they must be having troubles as a site, so best to cash out as soon as you can.

I am using safari and having the same issues you describe, which makes me think it is their site. I am still regularly getting emails from them, but I notice I am also getting reminder emails about surveys I have already completed. So something is not right.

If you can make use of them you can get the Amazon vouchers basically instantly.
