I've mainly had no problems with I-Say, however they did send me a product to test and I wasn't able to complete the follow up survey or even access it, and when I emailed them for help there was no reply

Just a note to say, the £10 JL voucher I ordered on 2nd November finally turned up today, after nearly 2 months.

Hopefully the rest of the outstanding vouchers will begin to arrive

My outstanding Compliments voucher from November arrived to today which is great but oddly, the enclosed letter lists the order number from August not the latest order number. The August order didn't arrive and Ipsos replaced it with a new number.

I now have the correct number of vouchers but the order numbers do not match. It is strange that the voucher turns up today as I only emailed them two days ago.

Hope Ipsos sorts these problems out soon.
  • I'm waiting for two vouchers, one from 6 November and one from December. Given everyone's recent experiences with Ipsos, I'm just sitting it out for now. Wonder why they are taking so long though!

The Amazon vouchers are still coming instantly. Perhaps they are just short on staff? Very odd that they would be kept topped up and the paper vouchers take so long. Hope people get them soon.

  • I've reached my first ever payout point on I-Say and wanted to order the Amazon e-voucher but its out of stock. I don't get why an electronic voucher can be out of stock?

I'm reluctant to order any of the paper ones, don't really want to be waiting weeks/months for them to arrive, if ever.

Don't like keeping my points stashed though 'just in case'. Have the e-vouchers ever been out of stock before? If so, how long does it take them to come back?

Yes, they've been out of stock in early/mid December - certainly for around two weeks but could have been longer. Still waiting for a John Lewis Voucher from 12th Dec but have gone for an Amazon one on 22nd after that flurry of surveys.
  • I got a voucher in the post today, presumably the one from 6 Nov!

Am now chasing my voucher which still hasn't turned up! (Ordered 26/11 and ordered another today).

  • I really liked this site and always go for its survey when I see invitation even without checking the points. It turned out the last 4 surveys I've done are for 0 points. Arghhh!
