    (mental note) avoid any LL's called Ryan and Sue, especially if they live in Oxford.., although they could be in cloud cuckoo land.

    I think we got a rather one sided story from this, in any case the email that was at the beginning, if it was genuine, was completely out of order.

    One sided or not, makes not a jot of difference about kicking out a tenant with one day notice being an illegal eviction.
