  • (mental note) avoid any LL's called Ryan and Sue, especially if they live in Oxford.., although they could be in cloud cuckoo land.

Thanks for all the unhelpful comments but maybe you wouldn't be so happy if someone decided to use your real names on a public internet forum? I can't imagine there are many couples called Ryan and Sue in Oxford who rent out properties.

The matter has been dealt with. Carla decided to leave voluntarily. Good riddance.

Because your the only people called Ryan and sue. Anyway I think criminals should be named and shamed...

Will be a look out for headline, couple arrested for illegal eviction...

All landlords who are learning, this is how you get sued :)

I don't think the OP mentioned anything about being in Oxford...
    The OP profile says Oxford

Anyway, hope all illegal landlords get the criminal record they deserve.
Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.

Nah, this is about Ryan and Sue in Exeter, not Oxford.

You haven't been following, have you?

I think we got a rather one sided story from this, in any case the email that was at the beginning, if it was genuine, was completely out of order.

One sided or not, makes not a jot of difference about kicking out a tenant with one day notice being an illegal eviction.
