 Utterly devastated.
 Sue
You have wasted time and the goodwill of strangers who genuinely wished to help the (seemingly genuine) OP.
There is not much that I truly hate in life - but I do now despise you and your pitiful time-wasting effort here.
 Pathetic and exploitative. 0 0

"Carla" , "Jorge", "George" and whatever other fake characters this person has made up is the one who wasted the time and goodwill of strangers.
So wind your neck in love.0

Actually you perpetuated the cycle. Since this whole thing is a wind up, you should be PPRed and the thread deleted.
Shame as good advice on how to deal with scummy LLs on here.0

As landlord lives elsewhere she is a Tenant.
Thanks to Thatcher's Housing Act 1988 a landlord can evict you for no reason at all, so eventually will get you out. Not fair but legal.
So find somewhere else before you are not in control of the situation.
However to be evict you landlord must issue notice (2months minimum), then go to four etc. If tenancy not renewed it simply rolls on, for ever, landlord can't stop that without eviction process.
How is it not fair that a landlord gains possession of their property? What if they want to sell - do you propose they're just allowed to live there forever if they want?
Proper procedure needs to be followed, but to say it's unfair a LL can take back their own property is bonkers.0
