What if I were to write back to ZZPS and state to them that your Client is not trading legitimately and I have/will report to the appropriate authorities to get the PCN charge dropped, or just report it without informing ZZPS!
    Need to think about this.

As regards ZZPS there is nothing to think about. It's an utterly toothless debt collector with no powers or authority whatsoever. All you will achieve by contacting them is to tell them they've got a nibble, which will prompt them to send you even more stupid letters than they otherwise would.

Could you please tell me where you got their website name, so I can follow this up as you suggest.

  • Just returned from a holiday and found a 'nasty' letter from zzps on my doormat relating to a parking charge at NCP car park in Cardiff a few months ago. I answered the Ncp charge notice by stating that the signage was not clear at this car park and also my wheel on my vehicle was damaged as there is insufficient room to exit the car park without getting one wheel up on the kerb and thus dropping off and scuffing the wheel unless you are in a very small car.
The wheels were brand new, refurb costs would be £100+. This was not helped by fencing erected near the exit which meant that you couldn't swing a vehicles' front end over the kerb. These two points were completely ignored and passed to this zzps outfit. Any advice would be appreciated.

  • Hi,
i appreciate these posts were put on a year ago and wondering if somebody could help me, but i was parked in Blackhorse Rd Car park waiting for my autistic nephew to arrive from the station (at this time my nephew would only meet me here due to his routine) i was never actually parked in my vehicle. unfortunately I made the same mistake three times, on the first arrival of the first fine I accepted I was in the wrong and then two days later I received another two fines for £65.00 which I thought was unfair so I wrote an appeal explaining my situation and said that I had paid the first fine etc then described my nephews disability/daily routine, this appeal got rejected and then almost instantly received the debt collection letters from zzps demanding £160 x2 I literally do not have the money to pay, I then send another appeal to National Car Parks LTD explaining my situation which got ignored. My most recent letter from zzps is that they will use their solicitors (Wright Hassall LLP) if nessessary to recover the debt.
I am in no position to pay the fine
any advise on what I can do would be great?
    kind regards .

First of all, never use your real name on here or anything that can identify you or anyone else for that matter. These threads are read by the parking companies and will use any evidence you carelessly post here against you. You should edit your post to delete anything that identifies you.

This thread is nearly two years old and seriously out of date.

You have already been directed to a thread by papa golf that tells you what to do about debt collectors.
Please read the Sticky thread for NEWIES then start your own thread if you need further help.

Please don't post on old threads as they drag up out of date information that could now be detrimental to anyone who may see it and decide to use it.
